I had Jesse here today servicing my heater. He was excellent I’ve dealt with a lot of trades people but the level of professionalism in Jesse is un matched. The serviceman Hayden and his assistant were excellent. So polite and helpful. I had 3 heaters serviced for the first time in several years. ( my bad) . They showed me what needed doing and thoroughly cleaned then checked the heaters for leaks etc.
They even helped me put the spare heater in the storage downstairs.
Booking was easy, the staff were lovely to deal with and accommodating about finding a time that fitted my work schedule.
There were SMS reminders and a phone call when on the way. They arrived on time and for the last job on a Friday arvo were super pleasant, didn’t rush , just took time to do it properly. Highly recommend.

Joseph was our technician. He arrived promptly following a phone call to say he was on his way. Joseph was efficient, pleasant and informative about the service to our Rinnai gas heater. He showed me photos of the inside before the service. Will recommend to anyone.
