Joseph was our technician. He arrived promptly following a phone call to say he was on his way. Joseph was efficient, pleasant and informative about the service to our Rinnai gas heater. He showed me photos of the inside before the service. Will recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, very professional and friendly, Hayden gave detailed explanations what they are doing and how to best care for the product. Conducted all checks, found a small leak and replaced the bayonet. Also referred me to Jemna to arrange for a new gas distributor.

Highly recommended!👍

We had a strong smell of gas in our kitchen. On top of this, one gas burner wouldn’t go out & another wouldn’t come on.

Jesse took the time to explain, in simple language, the potential problem & the solutions available. He was friendly & quick. Highly recommend.
